Found out how to play it...capo on the 3rd, then its Em, Am, then a G(voice it in the barre chord in the position of an E on the 6th fret) then the same position raised up to 10-12-12-11-10-10. If that makes any sense.

I checked out Damiens video and there is a similar melodic meter between the two songs. Although, the key, tempo, bridge and chorus all completely differ. There are similar aspects but the FEEL of the music is so different how can you call him a rip off? I searched "9 crimes" based upon this comment and this chords, for one, are very much standards that are strummed by ameteur players and new song writers ...ie: lauryn hill, john mayer, tracy chapman,etc... there's nothing so new and creative about it as to attribute ownership to any modern day performer ...real talk (no diss to Frank).

He's not innovative enough to entertain me, thus his songwriting, I detect, exploits the standard.
