Guys I figured out the part at 44

You take 2 flaps and make a triangle. then fold it again to make the second triangle. now flip it over and do the same thing. after you're done. unfold the triangles.

I hate this i cant figure out what to do at 0:40

I dont make out clearly, but as long as I watch at 0:57 and 1:45, the process 0:40-1:00 is to make the shape seen at 1:45. As you see at 0:58, its once opened and fold lines are maked. Hence by makeing folding lines, youll make the shape at 1:45 easily.(its called 折り目)

Firstly a edge is folded in half (45 degree triangle) and yet another time folded in half (22.5 degree triangle)[0:37-0:42]

Secondly please ditto the operation at all edges.[0:43-0:54]

And then OPEN IT where you folded.
