@thrasho2 dude, don't you remember? at times, the KND have allowed operatives to stay commmisioned even after they turned thirteen. hell even in the series finale where they all are old, they still are operatives for the KND

As for the whole "OMG they stole from bleedman" thing, they did know about PPGD, but they didn't mean to just rip-off his work. In fact, they attempted to hire him so he could over see the whole thing, but couldn't for some reason or another.

Yeah, there is that chance that someone at Cartoon Network knows of Bleedman's work, but even if someone there does know of his stuff it doesn't mean that he is on the company's radar. Anyhow, that is all irrelivant, my point was that people have been crossing over different series since before Bleedman was an itch in his daddy's pants, doing a crossover is NOT ripping off Bleedman's idea, even if it is drawn in a manga-esque style.
