For rockman I believe EXE is the best fit for smash bros because of his versatiliy. as for my Zero of choice hands down it's gotta be the zero from the Rockman Zero series. That zero is just epic

Sorry to oppose, but I do not think classic rock should be in the next smash bros. I just don't see much potential and I just don't care for him. (I will say however, I grew up with classic rockman, just sayin) I also do not want to see starforce or rockman dash(aka legends) in brawl. the X series for both rockman and zero is meh at best, they work, but not to my liking.

me too, not that I don't like Battle Network, actually I can't say if I like it or not because I never played them, and even though Mega Man X is my favorite, I would prefer the original Mega Man in Smash Bros. this is what I think would make great special moves for him!

B= Mega Buster/Charged Shot

down+B= Slide

forward+B= weapon change (you know like from Mega Buster to Thunder Beam, from Thunder Beam to Metal Blade, etc.)

up+B= Rush Jet

1)neutral B: normal buster attack, can perform charge shot

2)left /right B: vulcan

erm, fyi, the name of the Megaman in the Starforce games is actually "Shooting Star Megaman". well, at least the japanese version has the "shooting star" part. i mean, really. the transformation line in the third game is gonna be "TRANS CODE! Well, let's see. I think your the retard here, considering that you use samus as an example to megaman. Sure samus shoots, but samus can also use the grapple beam (as a grab), turn into zero suit samus (final smash aka zero suit samus), etc. Face it, samus has way more moves than mega man, and is way more popular as well. Okay, I checked out megaman a bit, and saw that he does have a little more functions like fire megaman, air megaman, and so on. But, if megaman was put in brawl, I highly doubt that he would be able to use those techniques because each is like a separate final smash lol. So, that limits his moves.
