Isopure is the best for you. Its a no carb, no filler, pure protein. The others are filled with fillers and the quality protein doesnt compare to the isopure.
I don't recall how much I paid for the tub of BSN but I did shop around for the best price. It is not cheap but it is worth every penny. It is thicker then other protein powders but that is what makes it one of the better products out there.
i haven't traveled over to the protein mixes for 'mass' due to needing a low fat, low carb protein powder for weight loss. I am post op gastric bypass which means I need atleast 60 to 70 grams of protein a day and my diet has to consist of low fat and carbs. Thanks for the sub and comments :)
Where did you purschase the smaller sample packets of the BSN Lean Dessert? Becuse i purchased the 1lb tubs of cinnamon and chocalte Lean Dessert, but would like to try thr trail packets before buying the large containers. Thanks
I don't drink protein shakes to get 'big'. If you are looking for protein powder to help you get bigger while working out then you would be better off buying powder that is for building 'mass'.

i do have a shaker, which is great if I'm just wanting to mix up the ingredients; i use my blender for 'blended' thicker drinks.
