Aw, I got my first shih-tzu at my Granny's house, and her neighbor's dog had puppies and they were kind enough to let us have one <3. We didn't know what to name him, so we went to Pet Smart to buy him a flea collar and we asked them and they said we should name him Kobe. Then our Granny called us again about 5 months later saying her neighbor's dog had more puppies so we bought another one. Since Kobe is the name of a basketball player (Kobe Byrant) we named the new one Shaq (Shaquille O'Neal).

Actually, as someone that has bred AKC papered Shih Tzu's I can assure you that the AKC not only accepts but encourages the undershot bite (as long as it's not exaggerated) in Shih Tzus. This dog not only looks like a pure breed Shih Tzu but like a really good example of one.
