I like this song. I think its composed in much the same way as the song on the Urbz for GBA; the song that plays in Urbania at night (after the boring part ends). I think perhaps its composed by the same person, since it is also a EA/Maxis game.

If you own the game, you can look in:

C: > Program Files > Maxis > Simcity 4...

I forgot what after that but its somewhere in the Radio File, or the Mayor File, or something like that. look around for mp3 files. They will have weird names like SC4_m_g3 and such. you'll probably have to listen to them all to find what you want. But you CAN copy these files to your My Music folder, and they'll be added to your windows media player library (if you use it). Hope this isnt too nerdy for you =)
