Even tho French is not technically a "race", but a "nationality" or "ethnicity", I still think it's kinda racist. Mainly due to there not being any other common word to describe hating on another nationality (besides "bigot"). There are no such words as "nationalitist" or "ethnicitist", so people just call it "racist". Like if I started saying that I hate all Chinese, people would call me racist. Then I could turn around and say, no I'm not, Chinese is a nationality, Asian is the race.

If you ever saw his 1st ever show 'Ramsey's Boiling Point' from when he was younger and before he got his second Michelin star, sometimes the way he carries on is out and out bullying. Although I wouldn't wanna work with the guy, no-one can deny he has acheived a great deal. It takes that kind of angry passion to make it as a top chef ^_^
