The levitation definitely has to do with that string in the top right, as it seems to be moving only when the dice starts moving. I noticed you were careful when you used the scissors on the top, but were careless on the sides. You didn't even bother to wave your hand over the bottle, because you knew it would disturb the dice. As for the bottle cap, it's an optical illusion of some sort. Perhaps the cap is placed behind the lid in such a way that it looks like it's closed. That's my guess

I had to build this pulley system over the bottle so that whatever I wanted to pull the strings with, they were always vertical in respect to the bottle cap.

The water allows for the smooth movement of the dice (viscosity of water) and the bottle keeps the dice in place. The magnet used in the beginning could have been a weak magnet that's why small objects were only effected plus the water helps impare the magnetic field of that first initial magnet.

Having read many many of the comments, I have to say... you wouldn't need to do anything special with the string to protect it from the scissors. If you have string that is strong enough and sufficiently difficult to observe, you can just have the string (or two) come out of a small hole in the bottle cap while the rest of the string lays gently down alongside the bottle and on the table. For a moment, the hands go out of the picture, which would be enough to simply grab the ends of the string.
0:04 the video shows some funny effect, if you watch it clearlly. by shacking the bottel. at 1:18 when the dice goes up. at the top of water, you dont see the part of dice out of water. conclusion bad video editing
1. dice moves too fast considering it is in water. friction with water is pretty high so if it would move it would move slower.
2. water at surface doesn't move at all, not even when dice gets close to the top. An object moving through water displaces the water producing a wave that would have to reach the surface and make it move.

You propably have something over the bottle for the strings to make a turn exactly over the bottle And i think i can see one of the strings on the top right corner of your video, which clearly getting loose at 1:20 when you drop it.

the dice is tied to a string behind the bottle. the dice also shouldn't be able to move that fast through the water

@kevindaly2001 Nope, it's [the dice] definitely in the bottle. I don't know how fast it should be able to move but this is how fast it did :D
Or did you mean that the dice is inside, but there exists a string outside, connected through the side? Looking afterwards, that might indeed be a possibility, but how does the bottle not leak? Or why does the dice rise way up to the cork?

@MatterofLuck he might be suggesting that but anyone with eyes and a brain are wise enough to see your attempts of hiding the string with an annotation and turn annotations off. the string is then clearly visible in the top right corner being pulled by either your mouth or another part of your body. just sayin

A small hole at the top of the lid, not visible, but is very helpful.The motion of the dice is indicative, the upper surface of the dice show the same.
