For everyone that does not understand how you build a fiberglass car, listen up plz. This is a mold that layers of cloth will be layed over and resin added to harden it. Once the mold is hard you cut the pieces off and you have body panels that you can trim and clean up and paint. What you see is just a MOLD. NOT the actual car!!!

Buddy in Pakistan I have overhaulled cars engine paint job and done customer interior remote start and some other stuff but its hard to find parts of my cars VW beetle now a days as people are more insteasted in new cars Japnese cars.

I also tried to built a car at home but didnt got to complete it as now I work in Shell and dont have much time my other project is a mazda 808 that also resting in my garage.

its good that your starting to use what you have learned to create from imagination. i too have built a bike from a cad. the crank and bottom bracket was done on a lathe and mill... keep up the good work, you should use a basic 4 cyl 2L engine because when you use the steel tubes along with the other essentials youll find out that anything higher would be pointless. ie not enough safety for over 150 hp. trust and believe i thought hard and researched for a similar project. just my input

I think a fitting name for the car would be the "CARACAL". The Caracal is a wild cat native to South Africa. It's sleek, fast and not too large. I think they top out at 45lbs. Great design.

@jumpcrazysnowboarder i don't know what how much your looking to spend but you can pick up a used 00 corvette for like 12 to 15k and use the front suspension, rear end trans, motor, lots of the interior, and all the electrical. plus you will have all of the smog equipment for your state. it a lot of work but it wont be that bad since your probably making your own tubular frame. plus the v8s in those cars rev pretty high and with a borla exhaust it can sound more exotic

If you get as much worked out before it will make your life a million times easier! That way when you start building it will be just like following instructions.. That is my biggest tip! haha and thats awesome! Tech School is definitely a good start! How old are you and where are you going to school???
