am you should really use something to protect your hair a beeni or helmet is the bestt bro but since this vid is in 2008 your probbly have a bald spot by know lol its ok if u do u can get the back of your head hair put on top :)
@crazybboy5 The reason I stopped doing these series, is actually because I got HUGE burn-marks on my head. I still occasionally practice headspin, but it still hurts like hell :D

but hard work=sucesss:) you improved your headspin a little from week 1 -4 cause you worked hard and practiced hard!. same thing goes with flexablilty. stretch everyday and every parts of your body( not only legs). i bet you got way better man. put some video up brotha.

your legs are still not straight i guess.. if you want to straighten your legs i suggest try doing this> practice normal headstand on the wall and bend dominant leg(mine is right) as a balance leg and the other leg straight. get the feeling of 90 degrees to the ground. tell u it feels lighter(balance easier too) the more your legs are straight. first time i tried my leg was like 75 degrees or something, practiced for like 2 days and now is straight 90 degrees :) hope this helps.
You need more torque. You can't simply let your arms do the spinning. While your hands are planted on the ground, you should twist your lower body. This creates two axes, which allow greater momentum. When you're setting yourself up for headspins with your torso and legs facing the same direction, it just won't get you anywhere.
It s not about flexibility of legs , but it s about how to push , when u push try to push very far and the step of ur hands are small when u pushing , try to take big step of position of ur hands and look ur legs when u spin , good luck
when you tap, try to tap past your head THEN pull your body around, if you do it right your legs will fall a little bit behind, so when that happens you twist your bottom half to catch up with where your torso is... you gain momentum this way, and it's easier to keep balance when you go faster
Oh man, 4th week and so little improvement, do'nt you see your mistakes in the footage, do you ? Man, you must keep your legs more opened, I don't know how you gona learn it if you will keep it like that. Tapping is the easiest part of learning HdSPNS, Think.

I know exactly what my mistakes are, but thats not the problem. You might have noticed that some people aren't as flexible.. Well, I'm one of them.
I cant open my legs more, because I'm not flexible enough.
