This fandub isn't that bad. The only thing I could say about the singing is that it sounds like you hold the singing notes a bit too long and also try to reduce the echo of the voice because it somewhat gets in the way with other the voices too. Try not to rush with singing the lyrics and also raise your voices a bit more higher other than that, past the middle of the song, it's been sang great so keep it up!

I really like your voice, but I cringe when you say him. Looking up direct translations it doesn't say him at all, and it's possible in k-on!'s case that the lyrics are directed at a girl. Not only are they at an all girl's school, but there's also a lot of girl-girl moments in the anime.
