  • nice playing - and delicate tone!

  • its firemist gold - shoreline gold is paler, lighter. Firemist is more copper in colour, more red.

  • bel suono !

  • Simply fantastic! I've got a nice replica of that very guitar (small headstock, but, otherwise...) - I haven't been able to raise the funds for a vintage Shoreline or Firemist Strat just yet. I've got lots of old 60s Fenders... but the Strat prices are a bit out of my range for now. Great vid!

  • Amazing playing dude! this one really put me in the zone!!

  • Can someone tell me what color gold this stratocaster is?? I'm looking for a strat that is a dark gold color with a black pickguard

  • amazing colour... nice playing bro!

  • if that's an actual '66, then the color is "aztec" gold - not a shoreline..

great tone btw, I have a 71 that sounds similiar.

    cheers -Deniz

  • do you have the tabs to this song

  • Have you played any Relic guitars? Since you own these original beauties and they sound SWEET, if you have do any relics get close to the vintage tone?

  • nice riffs br0!

  • thats a mighty fine strat ya got there man, watch er close....or she'll steal all your fig newtons and drop shop

  • how did you get so many vintage guitars

  • What strings do you use?

  • depend, but i like Snake Oil Brand or DR...

pure nickel tone is better for me...

  • Cool video...excellent tones...thanks for sharing!

  • Very nice! and ofcourse you can play! XD

  • Bel objet ,mec,magnifique!!

ton jeu est tres fluide et ta collec est d'enfer!

  • You have a tits collection of priceless Strats my friend. I own a beat up '64 but it's all original, Brazillian, Clay, Spaghetti, green-g, and the tone is remarkable. Your '61 with gold parts sounds best.

  • That´s the sound I love - a lot of "plops" and damn clean - nice, like you´re playing a lot, great job!

  • thanks man !!

  • oggy again, 10 sur 10!!!!!!!!

  • hi, that's oggy the bug again, i can't clearly look at the end of the video, it seems that this firemist was put over an ice blue mettalic first coat.Fender did that kind of thing with a bad first color coat to save money

Can you tell me if your red strat and this one have the original color, it seems that yes on this video!

Shoreline is a lighter with a shade of bronze color, firemist is stronger with more yellow and gold in the color. That 's the difference.

    Where are you in france?

  • original red one, the shoreline gold not sure... thanks ))

  • Wondefull tone, incredible rare custom color, that's a firemist gold available only in the 1965 fender color chart,Took the place of shoreline gold but not exatly the same color, shoreline is lighter.some firemist gold strats are known in 1964 before it was officialy

available, i saw 2 1964 firemist gold strats with a mapple cap custom ordered neck!!!!

  • your a pretty cool guitar player i know another plays a 60 fender and precision bass both olympic white both you ought check him out

  • to be honest with u what it is color its actually a firemist gold metalic.=)

  • yes maybe, i don't see so much difference sometimes...

    thanks!

  • is this a custom strat or real one 66 strat this truly is a jewel in your hands

  • hi`

yes it is a real 66 strat, everything is oiginal , not sure about finish but look very old... and plays so great...

    thanks for interest...)

  • yes, i love this strat... this is the best 66 strat i had ever play, ,nice pu's and very light weight at 6,8 Lbs... and the neck is so easy to play... perfect hendrix vibes on... play on Jimi!

  • Yep...that's truly a piece of gold in your hands :)))
