Hi Ventu, I just installed my Corsa sport on my 07 Tahoe. But I'm experiencing some drone, during cruising speeds when the motor is switching from v8 to v4 mode. Its not super loud droning but its noticeable, do you have this issue as well? just wondering if its common or if i just have maybe a problem with my muffler. Thanks in advance!

No drone at all when properly installed, but mine is the touring edition. Check your installation, mine came off a few times (muffle and tip) and just before it happened it did drone, then I welded the pieces, problem solved.

Too bad the new escalades comes with a 6.2 liter not a 6.3 liter. Double check your facts before you type.

main difference between escalade vs tahoe - Escalade is all time 4wd vs tahoe you can switch to 2d whenever you want.

Also, escalade comes with 6.3 liter vs tahoes are 5.3,, You should be stupid to pay for escalade over tahoe...

I got an 07 tahoe and i was just wonder how your intake and super chip work for u like hp and fuel econ and did it affect your factoy system

intake wont affect your fuel economy, not that I can tell though, it has a nice growl and adds just a bit of power above 4500rpm or so. With the tunner, i felt hp increase all over (18hp, 21lb-ft), as far as fuel economy, it gets more sensitive, drive it hard, 10mpg, drive it like a normal guy, +1mpg.

The Escallade is like a fully loaded tahoe, you even can get the same engine/transmission, the differences are mostly estetical, so its a matter of taste, escallades might be too much bling for some, I personally like it, but might not be the thing for others, just my opinion, regards.

The touring edition is the most expensive. I paid $940 at autoanything, you might find it cheaper elsewere, I,ve seen $850 but didnt trust the site.

so how often and when does it switch to the 4cyl operation mode.

Thanks. I get 15.5-16 mpg when driving like grandpa in city, and 19-22 mpg highway, when I step on it, it goes down to low 13's. The v4 mode works like an overdrive, only when lightly touching the pedal (cruising), or when not (not very often in city driving).

I can only guess, when I raced a 2007 civic si, he won by 1/2 car lenght at the 1/8 mile. If the civic does 0-60 in 6.2-6.7, I guess my truck does the same in 7.0 or so. Check my other videos, I raced a 1988 M3 which is as fast as the civic.
