I sued BofA (Bank of American Criminals) for $3080 they charged me on overdrafts since Jan. 2010-- on the first small claims trial the judge gave BAC a 2 week extension to gather more data, the day before the 2nd hearing they refunded $1155 into my account!! I knew they'd play that line in court--"we refunded him $1155 in good faith" then the judge tolda us he could not rule on this case because I'm part of the Class Action lawsuit! The ladies jaw dropped-- she was PISSED!!! There is justice!!
did u get a overdraft fee or late fee? the other day i removed 95 dollars in fees 2 35$ overdraft fee's from bank of america! ps cool video
