the world is no longer safe so every country in the world is arming itself. if a country cannot give up its weapons unilaterally then it is not gone away. the world is not going to get safe it is going to get worse. the question is how each country is going to move. i do not know if ne 1 reads this but i do think it important to acknowledge this. is nuclear threat visible definitely because it is still here. do i tink it is going to be used wrongly it has been used wrongly e.g hirishima, nagasak
