I found myself saying. You know what im better than this, I cut my hair, got some new acne meds. I even got a dog now im taking classes to become a doctor.

You have good reasons to feel that way im sure. but im sorry what u said is false. You can get out of this phase you are strong. but im 99.9 % sure you cant get out of it alone.
