This arcade game was at one pizza place in my hometown. I was so fascinated by the game, but all my quarters pretty much went into the Dragon's Lair game. I really didn't understand that this was Japanese animation, but at the time I just thought it was too weird. :)

Cliff Hanger is based on Lupin the Third, from what I have heard.
The voices in this game are pathetic, however. I'm pretty sure it's the lousy localization.

@SuperJustinChannel its not really even a localization, the company that made the game for some reason had access to the rights to lupin the 3rd and and just kind of cut and pasted together scenes from a few movies together.

oh, and I should have pointed out that the voice over is original to the game and isn't from any localization of the films.
