Methane is explosive when in closed places (ex. put a plastic garbage inside a cabinet, then close it. Then wait for some minutes/ hours... and BOOM!). On Wikipedia: thread says: "Left unattended waste for 76 days;" ergo: Like my experiment says that "Methane explodes in closed places"; It would explode in just a few minutes or hours.
This is so gut and soul-wrenching. I think the guy wearing a white polo that is being carried and rushed-upon by the guard is my brother. My brother died in this incident. :'(

What is sad about this incident is the attempt of the glorietta management to downplay their inefficieny and negligence on safety. Whether its accidental or intentional, its the management burden!

if you think about it, all the foreign reports say that it was not an IED(improvised explosive devise). other causes of ignition (if Gas) still have to be established. if rdx or c4 were used, correct if wrong, it may not really leave physical evidence or fragments. my opinion...

PNP Bomb Chemist found some traces of RDX, a main substance component of C4. RDX is a controlled subtance. This means only the military has it. Both the Abu SG and CPP-NPA denied the blast. Arroyo and the Military should be investigated by PNP or NBI.

Let me throw this question back at you guys... does anything and everything that EXPLODES have to be caused by a BOMB?
We seem to forget and contnue to ignore the fact that in our country, safety can and is taken for granted.
I go with the investigation resuslts... that this was not a bomb blast but rather an INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT.

PUT A BOMB INSIDE THE ROOM OF ALL CORRUPT EMPLOYEES IN THE GOVERNMENT!!! why kill innocent people?... I love philippines, i love the place... it's just that the fucking government is stealing some money from the fund instead giving food to poor people or fix the streets... if the government is not stealing money, they can put more schools and bring the children to study not inhaling solvents (sticky rugby for the shoes etc...) god! please help...

What is shocking is that this fellow taking the video did nothing to help.
Others were carrying unconscious victim while he prefers talking to his colleague, take video recording, without offering any help.
At least one of them could have given a helping hand.

PNP Bomb Chemist found some traces of RDX, a main substance component of C4. RDX is a controlled subtance. This means only the military has it. Both the Abu SG and CPP-NPA denied the blast. Arroyo and the Military should be investigated by PNP or NBI.
