Farmers has the best corporate training in the world. Now maybe, they'll invest some training with management and teach them to lose their corrupt and unethical attitudes. They train their reps to bust their ass while they get dumped on and screwed over by their manager. H/R management is just as corrupt and unethical. An absolute hell hole.
