first off "the congregation of the Lord" is a body of political leadership such as a "general assembly" Who can be a member of this congregation?

i think your interpretation of this verse is a tad bit off. but let me double check my KKKJV bible since i've been wrong before.

King James Version

1 He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

Verse 1 eliminated from government people with certain physical defects. Verse 2 eliminated the children of unlawful marriages. And verse 3 eliminates people of certain races. All these restrictions highly illegal in modern day America. In modern day America there seems to be no such thing as an unlawful marriage.

Wow, incredibly powerful testimony of how God can bring us out of suffering and horrible circumstances by his power and great grace. This also give a great testimony of how no amount of awards can give personal satisfaction, only a personal relationship with Jesus can give us a sense of worth and hope. Praise God!
