This elevator was installed in 2004, because it sounds exatly like the one at a 3-story Bed, Bath, & Beyond/Christmas Tree Shops that I go to sometimes.

I think they all are red on ht but the store lights and the flurestnt lights make it look pink this is a dark elevator next time you ride this kind try puting you and hand on the button to block the light and look closely and it looks red
