its long ago but i think i had the same problem and i just made a copy of all files on my memory stick and did a stick format (or whatever its called) then putted everything back on and it worked.

not 100% sure about it but its worth to try ;)

you have to save it in /psp/video and if you don't have a "video" folder in your "psp" folder, then simply make one and paste your videos in it
