When I first became a Clutch fan I wondered about that too. He looks and sounds so different from the early years till now. But still If I remember right,there was someone else first. This was so far ahead of it's time. Clutch didn't take this direction, going for a more stoner rock sound but this record was awesome. Back in 93 no one else sounded like this except maybe Helmet. It's a shame that this band is largely overlooked and underrated, but that's sometimes how it goes when you are pushing the envelope.
