This is bullshit. They were obviously under heavy sniper fire. The first cop took a hit on the chest and dived for cover. The second guy had obviously been blasting away at the snipers until reinforcements arrived. He had a second gun stashed until needed, and picked it up as they were charging the snipers positions.
