I agree with Savage. If entry into heaven depended solely on accepting Jesus as savior, it would actually mean no ultimate justice. Let's say a man who spent his whole life killing and raping accepts Christ, and then a man who throughout his life did immense amount of good but wasn't convinced of the Christian position...so the prior guy who committed heinous evil gets into heaven but the good unbeliever doesn't. It would be unjust given the injustice of this world.

Isaiah 53 doesn't speak of Jesus but the nation of Israel in the singular: it is one of four servants songs (Isaiah 42:1-4, 49:1-6, 50:4-9, & 52:12-53:13). The Messiah is supposed to bring peace, end predation, fill the world with the knowledge of God, rebuild the third temple, and resume sacrifice.
