He probably disappeared in this episode the same way he appeared in "A Prime Problem", which was chronologically the first episode (#27) he appeared in, which was completely out of nowhere. He seemed to disappear the same way in this episode.

@ClintJohnHampton most autobots dont fly(in the altered timeline transformers animated its revealed autobots have a no fly rule, as its seen as a decepticon thing, just like most decepticons dont drive)it makes  more sense on the series preceeding and following it really coz i never could understand why theres barly any flying autobots or driving decepticons.
