LOTR: BFME II (PC) World Builder gameplay Part 1

I've been searching everywhere and no one seems to able to tell me how you can play your own custom maps. I understand that you can play them in skirmish but I dunno how to put my map there so that I can choose it

guys i need help, how do you create reinforcements on a map, how do you make there to be a timer awell

@bob474100 hi, you need to go into edit and scripts.. there you can create timers and spawn units on the field and also utalise the trigger areas.. there is much much more in scripting take the time to look for tips on the internet or play around with it and learn.. hope it helps

@gredos90 there are many things you can do, i could have a look at the map for you to see whats wrong with it if you could somehow send the map to me ill check it for you

@gredos90 u made the starting positions to close to the edge of the map. I had the same problem. Make sure the map i big enough

@SteynNL I've noticed. now I am a lot more experienced, turn on the Barriers on the edges of the map under I think VIEW at the top. something like that :D Hope I helped.

I also have problems to save my map and be able to test it than.

i dont know i tryied all the things whitch you said but its still not working.

I cant even test a map with 2 spots and nothing else.

I saved it but i cant play it - its not comeing up in the map bit, u no there helms deep,rohan,mordor maps are etc any HELP ANYONE PLXS?

Try saving it under USER MAPS and SYSTEM MAPS, make sure theres only letters in the name i think, dont make it too long, and make sure theres more than 1 starting place.

Ok Ill try it! I saved it in user maps and system maps also cutted the name to "helms deep erestor629" now going to test it and ill reply to tell u ^^ and there is 5 players (so 5 staring points)

try not putting numbers and shit in the map name, and dont have it too long... try keep doing shit like that

hey sorry for not answering sooner, family.. make sure you don't have the "--" next to the name when you save it, it can't be too long named. and it has to have a player 1 and two.

Hey, don't worry, its ok, and anyway lol it works now ^^ - Its online at the moment although I don't know how many people are playing it this is becuase I have'nt been online for like, Hmmmm, 1/2 a year - (School work etc..)

Go to your folder where you installed LOTR: BFME II and there should be something called worldbuilder.exe, double click it, agree to the terms, and enjoy. SUBSCRIBE :)
