@typhoonhurricane18 Actually there is SO MUCH proof of evolution from multiple feilds of study, the most powerful evidence comes from comparitive genetics, then there is the fossil record, homogenous stuctures and genes, RVR's in the genome etc. evolution is not disputed in the scientific community, the mechanisms and timescales are, but as far as science is concerned evolution is a fact, and the "theory" is used to explain and bring together all of the evidence :)

Darwin didn't even know about Mendel's research, but the two corroborated each other completely. Evolution has stood the test in every way possible, from every angle; it is the backbone of biology. There isn't any other viable hypothesis. And possibly most telltale of all, its detractors' talking points haven't changed after a century.

@typhoonhurricane18 Actually there is SO MUCH proof of evolution from multiple feilds of study, the most powerful evidence comes from comparitive genetics, then there is the fossil record, homogenous stuctures and genes, RVR's in the genome etc. evolution is not disputed in the scientific community, the mechanisms and timescales are, but as far as science is concerned evolution is a fact, and the "theory" is used to explain and bring together all of the evidence :)

Ethics are "do as though wilt shall be the whole of the law", and the religion of evolution is not science, and requires faith to believe just like any other religion, in fact it requires more faith. Darwin didn't even know about Mendel's research, but the two corroborated each other completely. Evolution has stood the test in every way possible, from every angle; it is the backbone of biology. There isn't any other viable hypothesis. And possibly most telltale of all, its detractors' talking points haven't changed after a century.

@pilgrim4truth what are you talking about? evolution is the core foundation of modern biology. without it we would be completely in the dark when developing new medicines to combat micro-organisms and pathogens.
you know what? if you believe evolution is rubbish, then next time you get an infection ask your doctor for the original anti-biotic, not the modern one they have to keep developing because of the evolution of bacteria.

The worrying thing is, geeks are on here arguing about evolution. I think the point this ad is making is simple, a good guinness takes time, and as in many of the previous adverts this point is often used. You have lost sight of this. It's a man drink, a tasty drink. I sometimes throw a shot of vintage port in mine if want to get really drunk!! Now go out there and drink it and get laid providing you bunch of femmes know what you are doing. If not I can end it all with my combat shot gun!!
