I think that the Princess will be slowly upgraded during her long periods in the ports of IJmuiden and Newcastle. That was also done with the King of Scandinavia. The Princess is a good ship and she will improve further. I sailed on her last year in May to and from Norway.

the reason why the queen is more luxurious is probably that the ship has been with dfds for over 10 years. it has been refurbished to match the market. the princess was bought in the beginning of 2007 i beleive, and it was in a poor condition when they bought it
