I never knew exactly what "The Wilcox Hotel" was intil i moved to Hollywood,CA! Its the Hollywood jail located on Wilcox Ave in the city of Hollywood. Back several years ago, i spent a few nights in the Wilcox hotel!
I DONT CARE ABOUT YOU,sounds like the protesters,as long as someone cares about themFUKIN SISSYS,'OH IM NEEDIN MY FUKIN FREE COFFEE AND IM TIRED,//////////go fuk stalins dead corpse for freebies,BEER AND SHAVED WOMEN FIRST
why is there always some whiny, social misfit that tries to explain what fear really meant ?. i'm pretty sure that fear really does not care about you, boo hoo.
I bought this record after hiding it in the barry manilino bin for a day or two. I still have it. A brutal statement for its time. Thanks for posting!
C'mon this is a commentary about the apathy of the mass society and the government. Let's take it not so literally. If we did care as a people, there would not be bums, homeless, poor people living in filth all over this, the richest country in the world.
my feelings exactly to every overpaid, prima donna professional athlete, and their owners who think they are divine gifts to a city. build your own fucking stadia, fucks.
I met LEE twice. He's actually really nice. I was a bit nervous to meet him. I asked him to play "Mouth Don't Stop" Right before they played it, he said "This is for a beautiful young lady (ya right, lol) this is for you, Wendy" That made me feel soooo good!! I recorded the show (cassette, LMAO) The sound came out really good tho :)
@WENCHY101 He's nice now, but at the time (1982) his music pretty much reflected his own sentiments. Maybe some of it was tongue-in-cheek, but not a whole lot. I am glad he's matured though. By the way, I think that's one reason the punk movement flared out pretty fast, because a lot of the performers themselves were as big an assholes as whoever they were targeting in their songs.
@danning1 I was nervous to meet him that first time. There was this drunk weird woman that was trying to hang on me & talk to me as I was taking pics & recording the show. After the show was over, she tried to talk to him & he shoved her. He was cool to me though.
I've met John Lydon (Rotten) several times & was a bit nervous the first time meeting him as well. He was also very nice. I asked him to autograph me back, I then had it tattooed on :)
I will never listen to anyone again.

I'm surprised there's 2,579 views. This is one of the greatest punk bands of all time. Along with the Dead Kennedys.
