I am an athiest and I dont believe in God but the words in this Baghavat Gita are making real sense.I am astonished that these were said at around 10000BC.Its impossible to gain such knoledge at that time.I am ashamed v as indians forgot all this and most of the hindus r converting into other religions which r born in foriegn lands like middles east.I am an athiest but after seeing this video I felt very emotional and i feel like reading gita.

In the ayurveda it is said: "gavyam pavitram ca rasayanam ca pathyam ca hrdyam balam buddhi syata aayuh pradam rakt vikar hari tridosh hridrog vishapaham syata" Meaning: Cow urine panchgavya is great elixir, proper diet, pleasing to heart, giver of mental and physical strength, enhances longevity. Being highly recommended by the scriptures, it is considered holy and safe to use. For thousands of years, people in India have used cow urine and cow dung for different purposes.

A shame that you've left out the practice of Yoga from your summary. Yoga does, after all, fill very many verses of the Gita. Without it, you're left with a story and some nice ideas. It's the practice, be it yoga or dhyana, that makes it all real.

Leave out God and the eternal soul/self, and you have, pretty much, a summary of (some aspects of) the message of Gautama Buddha, too.

If anyone wants to find out about Gita Sar/Gita Essence then they should get a good book and right after the chapter they give you the importance of that particular chapter along with more details in a short manner.

Buddhism is not different from Hinduism, it is just one of the sect of Hinduisms just like Jainism, Sikhism, Shivism, Vaishnavi, Kapalika, etc.

Adi Shankaracharya Ji showed us the path of Bhakti & united the Hindus.
