  • WELL, You Kalifornia open-carriers certainly BLEW IT while you were out "making your points" and "educating the masses" (about how stupid you really are). NOW, you've LOST your LAST right to self defense in a deadly situation by getting open carry in Kali. become ILLEGAL! NICE WORK IDIOTS!

All the rest of you open-carry "point makers" aroung the U.S. take heed. Excercise your rights just for the sake of it, and you will LOSE those rights for ALL OF US when we truly need them....

    Idiots.....

  • yo just carri it on you unloaded with the safety and with the safety in the strap lol u just avoid all that man

  • California law regarding transporting firearms SUCKS ASS.

Any technical violation and you go to jail until you make bail, your car gets impounded, your gun gets confiscated and destroyed, and you pay a big ass fine. Cops LOVE fucking you over if you have a gun in your car and they look for any excuse to arrest you if you aren't following the rules exactly. They don't give a shit that they are slamming you with a criminal record and it fucks your life up. Assholes.

  • Thank you so much for such valuable information. It carries over to many other states where it's legal to open carry. It's important to know your rights and not give them up because you are intimidated to do so. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

  • zooom in!!!

  • with the tape recorder, isn't it illegal to record someone without their knowledge?

  • @Cookies205 Public is public is public. Over wires and such is the issue.

  • Great video,I love to learn this stuff.I do find peoples obsession with guns odd though,I've owned a few and shot many but I don't get the obsession with them.I understand collecting, hunting,or just plain liking something. But some people seem so damn weird to me when it comes to guns.I understand wanting to protect ourselves and our loved ones, but some people seem to actually want to have to just so they can shoot someone. It seems that guns are like a religion to some people.I don't get it.

  • @TerryTresner Not everyone is an enthusiast and that is fine. However, from my viewpoint the only weird ones are the people so scared of them that they try to take mine away.

  • @TerryTresner You have never been to California, have you?

  • Comment removed

  • @TerryTresner The forefront of the 2A/civil rights fight is here in California.

I wouldn't say that our military is unbeatable. The Afghanis are doing a pretty good job it it right now and they have pretty basic tools.

  • @pullnshoot25

Afghanis aren't doing squat, the US military took over the entire country in two days and they've held it for 10 years, WTF are you talking about?.

  • @pullnshoot25 Btw,I really liked your video, people need to know these things. Our rights get trampled only if we let them, education is key.

  • HA..funny you mention "Cops" tv. I cant stand that show because it proves the average citizen is ignorant of their rights. How many times I find myself yelling "you have the right to remain silent USE IT!" Move to Arizona good citizens and carry how, and for the most part where you want. Great informative video.

I bid you peace and be safe.

  • I had to go to the airport to pick up somebody. I had to pass thru two checkpoints manned by cops. They didn't ask, and I didn't volunteer what I was legally transporting, as 1.) I don't want a copy having an anxiety attack outside my car, and 2.) I didn't have the time to stand by while a bunch of cops inventoried my car. If I was transporting a collection of guns and 1,000s rds of ammo, I would open carry loaded a sidearm, and an AK with loaded magazine affixed, until I got to safehouse.

  • Recall Brown and repeal anti-gun laws.

Recent bills prohibit UOCW, but you need permit to LOCW and LCCW.

Try to apply for CCW and keep records of the process. You will be in a class for a future lawsuit.

  • I am a cop in Detroit and I have been watching these group that want to "exercing their right to OPEN carry" and i cant help but get a lil sick, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also more people need to be educated on the statistics of SHOOTING INCIDENTS with OPEN CARRY VS, CONCEALED CARRY, it would be the 1st and foremost reason for me NOT to open carry. BTW I to agree with the 2a as well.... ONLY FOR SOMEONE AS EDUCATED AS YOU GUYS!!! THANKS

  • thank you guys for sharing all the info just to let you guys know you dont have to have an iphone to get the voice recording feature most of the newer touch screen phones have the phone lock feature so people reading this dont worry about going out spending $500 dollars on a phone when you probably already have it just check your manual to find it... Thanks again pullnshoot25

  • Now does the law restrict a person who has a felony to carry a gun. Or, does the constitution still protect your rights as a human being to protect yourself with a fire arm.

  • @Knosticdamus Any felon except a felon that was incarcerated for a financial felony is currently ineligible to own a firearm.

  • Great video guys. I'm not living in COMMIEfornia any longer. I moved back to FREE AMERICA! I live in Kentucky now. LOADED open carry is perfectly legal, and a CCW is a matter of a class and a $25.00 fee in this SHALL ISSUE state! God Bless Kentucky! - Joe J.

  • Americans. Continually proving how scared shitless you are of the world.

In Australia, we don't need to carry guns. We just kill shit with our bare hands + teeth.

  • @EvanJCastle yeah, that must be why you guys have one of the highest crime rates in the world.

The real Crocodile Dundee would also beg to differ with you.

  • @pullnshoot25

Oh really. And which study would it be that you got that from?

And "Crocodile Dundee" is a fucken pussy.

  • @EvanJCastle The man WAS real. Look him up.

look up "England has worst crime rate in the West" from "The Independent." Old article but it is a good start.

  • @pullnshoot25

"The man" was based on about 4 or 5 different people (one of which was a woman) who lived in Australia.

And the one I was talking about was on screen. He was a pussy.

And do you not know what exists outside the USA? Do you think Australia and England are the same place or even near each other?

Jesus, I knew you Americans were fucken dumb when it comes to stuff outside your own country, but c'mon! Really?

  • @EvanJCastle Look up Rodney William Ansell. AFAIK, he is the inspiration for the film and the real dude.

I never said Australia = England. However, much of the same crap in England is reflected in Australia and that article mentions both.

It is a beginning, not the whole story. Slinging insults and profanities doesn't exactly make you come off as mentally agile nor give credence to your argument.

  • @pullnshoot25

I would have said "it makes me look like an asshole."

And all I can say to that is, hide behind your gun and piss your pants.

You're like the runt in the school yard that pokes and pokes the arm of the big boys, then runs off crying when the big boy knocks you the fuck out. So you get a gun. And apparently that makes you strong.

I'm not going to even bother looking up your out-dated data. Fact is, the USA is WAY out in front now when looking at total reported crime. :-)

  • @EvanJCastle Suit yourself. You keep your ignorance, I will keep my guns :)

  • @pullnshoot25

I'd say ignorance is quoting an old statistic and ignoring the newer statistics because the older ones suit your arguement. Wouldn't you agree?

  • @EvanJCastle I noted they were old and said that they don't paint the whole story. However, considering that the laws have only gotten more draconian and the access to suitable arms by law-abiding citizens more difficult, I can only assume that nothing has really changed in that aspect. It is called a trend. The trend is a friend when assessing situations, data, statistics, etc.

  • @pullnshoot25

A trend? From one source? You define a trend by looking at one data point?

Access to suitable arms here is just fine, actually. Those that use guns for a specific purpose/job. Gun enthusiasts (or as I like to say "shit-scared-morons") like you are denied them.

You can use any "hip sound bite" or "cool phrase" you like, Draconian Law refers to harsh punishment for crime. America uses the death penalty. Australia doesn't. Your move, pin head.

  • @EvanJCastle *Sigh*

Evidently this conversation isn't going to really work out for either of us. You keep slinging ill-worded and baseless ad-hominem attacks, I keep trying to steer you towards actual facts and neither of us are willing or able to change our minds. Thus, it is just a waste of time and I will just leave this conversation where it stands.

  • @pullnshoot25

    Without the personal attacks then.

Draconian Law refers to harsh punishment for crime. America uses the death penalty. Australia doesn't.

    Do you have a response?

  • @EvanJCastle

As I understand "Draconian Law", it is not just "capital punishment". It would refer to ALL violations, even the most minor violations of law, resulting in the punishment of death.

I think we can all agree that overtime parking being punished by death is incongruent. In no way does "the punishment fit the crime". Even if you are opposed to capital punishment, I think you should be able to understand that it is by no means "Draconian" when used as punishment for murder.

  • @ValentineSmith61

Fuck your "as I understand" you weak-as-piss friggen wanna-be wordsmith. Use Google and look it up.

: "and the word "draconian" remains in use today as signifying a rule unflinchingly severe." PublicBookshelf

: "A code of laws prepared by Draco, the celebrated lawgiver of Athens, that, by modern standards, are considered exceedingly severe. The term draconian has come to be used to refer to any unusually harsh law." TheFreeDictionary

  • @EvanJCastle

Fuck your etymology lesson, you weak-as-piss friggen wanna-be professor. Fuck your sidestep of the issue too.

"America uses the death penalty. Australia doesn't." So what? Capital punishment is “Draconian” in a 'barbaric' America, while an 'enlightened' Australia has progressed to a higher form of civilization?

Your shitheaded nonsense of a response has only served to prove you are a Troll.

  • @ValentineSmith61

Side-step of the issue? Your "response" consisted of nothing but talk about Draconian Law. My response to it talked about nothing but Draconian Law. What did I side-step?

And yes, Australia is SO MUCH MORE ADVANCED because no one here sells guns to fucking NUTTERS or CHILDREN, which we see happen only too often in the U.S.A.

And yes, I should have been a professor. There's no doubt that I wanted to be, my life just took a different path :)

  • @pullnshoot25

... purpose/job get them. Gun enthusiasts....

  • @pullnshoot25

I just realised that I didn't point it out hard enough.

You said "I never said "Australia = England"

    You forcefully implied it:

"yeah, that must be why you guys have one of the highest crime rates in the world." then when I said SHOW YOUR WORK you replied:

"look up "England has worst crime rate in the West" from "The Independent." Old article but it is a good start."

    Fuck you are a moron.

    1) OLD ARTICLE means OUT OF DATE

    2) Get Google-Earth. Look up England and Australia. Fuck

  • @pullnshoot25

And fuck you for drawing a parallel between England and Australia. How about I draw one between fucken South Africa and the U.S.A.?

"much of the same crap in England is reflected in Australia" you fucken dumb-ass. I don't even know where to begin to point out how STUPID that sentence is.

  • if the naacp banned all trick plays then only the ones who run trick plays win

  • statutes, acts and codes are not laws! Those are legislative enactments given the force of law by the CONSENT of the goverened. Any enactment repugnant to the constitution is void on its face and a nullity as though the law had never been written and no one is obligated to obey it. Marbury v Madison

  • @justaman6972 Statute.- A law passed by a legislative body. Black's Law Dictionary.

  • @Achisachis73 is Black's a copywritten book? If so its not public law. Law cannot be copywritten. Statutes are not law, they are legislative enactments given the force of law by the consent of the governed. Try again.

  • @justaman6972 I never said that "Black's Law Dictionary is the LAW" I simply quoted the definition given in the book. Now, copyright? there are several documents that are copyrighted and that does not mean the information given is not true. (Webster's Dictionary?) For a document to be correct does it need to be not-copyrighted? I am mentally discapacitated and I do not comprehend your reasoning.

  • @Achisachis73 no what I am saying is that law books which are copywritten are not public law. Ballantines defines Statue as the following:an act of the legislature, an administrative regulation, or an enactment, from whatever source originating, to which the state gives the force of law. 50 Am J1st Stat § 2. (Ballantines, 3rd edition, Page 1212) Note thephrase "the force of law" it means colorable not law, so if you do not consent it does not apply to you the lawful elector,if you're one.

  • @justaman6972 thank you

  • @Achisachis73 sure np if you want to know what it means to be a sovereign lawful elector google Augustus Balckstone's book The Errant Sovereign it will show you how to rescind those signatures I mentioned. Or send me an email and I will send it to you for free. Peace.

  • @Achisachis73 there is no such thing as a law dictionay, the books are referred to a legal words and phrases. Bouviers 1856 ed is the only one recognised by the SCOTUS supreme court for constitutional definitions.

  • @justaman6972, I'll look for Bouviers 1856. From Google Books, I've downloaded Bouviers 1914 ed so I could screen capture images of the definitions for videos.

  • @borderraven you can get it from state-citizen dott orgg

    PAX AUT BELLUM

  • There was a local many in walgreens OCing his piece. And oddly even though it was very hard to miss, it didn't seem to bother anyone... Although I don't think I'll be doing that.

  • I understand why these two drips are enamoured with carrying guns openly, neither would make it as a Police Officer or a Soldier.

  • Wait, let me see if i got this part right..... I DONT NEED A PERMIT TO OPEN CARRY A REVOLVER AS LONG AS IT IS VERY VISIBLE TO EVERYONE??? i didnt know that.. Thanks for the info! Keep up the gd wrk!

  • I am a cop in California. This is fantastic information. I appreciate the knowledge that you are spreading. You guys did a great job.

I'm a huge 2A advocate. Maybe one day, one of you guys will end up saving me. I'd like to see more "good" citizens carrying. With more and more convicts being release from prison early....it's definitely something to consider.

  • @asystole599 Glad you like them! It is always good to see a good cop pop in!

  • @asystole599 I wish there were a way for everyday citizens can know that you are the rare "good cop" instead of one of the all-too-common thugs like the imbecile who commented below. The fact is, not all cops are power-hungry tyrants...you're proof of that. But enough of them are that we citizens have to treat every cop as a threat. What can we do to be able to tell good cops from bad? Actually, i answered my own question. Any good, oath-keeping cop won't do a 12031 check.

  • @elsensei1 Most cops that I know think like I do. I wish there wasn't an, "us vs. them" mentality when it comes to LE. I believe that the fight should be brought to the law makers and not the law enforcers. I do understand that there are a few cops who violate certain amendments and there is no excuse for that.

Keep in mind that cops have to serve the "anti-gun" crowd as equally as the "pro-gun" crowd. It's the "anti-gun" crowd that feels "unsafe" and demands 12031 checks. Laws need change.

  • @asystole599 I can agree with that.

  • @asystole599 Yea, its funny though.. we think cameras and more cops are going to save us. Yes they might sometimes and great for them.. but can we really really rely on someone else to protect our lives/families in tight situations? A criminal can buy a gun tomorrow and carry it with the intent to kill and kill himself.. NO GUN LAW WILL STOP THAT. If a majority open-carried, the criminal/idiot who pulls a gun out in public to kill someone will be shot immediately from behind.

  • @asystole599 Brother... I am retired LAPD and agree with your feelings on this subject. But... be warned about these two. These two are cop haters to the 10th power. they would rather see you murdered with your own weapon than assist you. This is a fact. Most open carryers are very good people but these two are authentic shit stains. Trust me... I know the older one from prior contacts & conversations. He is on the other side of the line. Just a friendly FYI.

  • @asystole599 your not a cop. fix your page.

  • @csxconductor100 Who are you again? I don't know you but I do know at least one thing about you. Your father is either soft or was absent in your upbringing. Either way it's not your fault and I understand, however, this does not alleviate you from general manners.

  • @asystole599 dont try to be a smartass because you just made a dumbass statement

  • @csxconductor100 so you thought my statement was "dumb." Okay. Do yourself a favor and stop being a try-hard. The internet is full on "tough guys." Try something else, like maybe, an educated response.

  • @asystole599 your still a fake youtube cop

  • @csxconductor100 Haha! I'm not gonna try to prove anything to you. Being a cop isn't something that I need or want to prove anyways. So let's just say, I'm not a cop then. Whether I am or not, you are still a try-hard, internet tough guy. Look! Here we are right back at square one.....shocking.

  • @asystole599 ok mall cop

  • @csxconductor100 oh noes!!! you think im a mall cop!!!! what shall i do if you dont believe me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? hey! at least i get to rock a shiny new segway as a mall cop!! :D

  • @asystole599 Ha,good one.I only read a few posts between you two but this one made me chuckle.I'm neutral on your argument,I didn't read enough to know what you guys are talking about but this response here you gave the guy was a good one.True or not,it was funny to me.

  • @TerryTresner Thanks :D This is how I entertain myself.....by taking on mediocre minds. I should probably not respond to him, but I find it amusing to debate with somebody who is incapable of articulation on a medium that requires it.

The Internet: Making tough guys out of weak guys since its inception!

  • @asystole599 I hear that,I always try an talk to people on here as if they were standing in front of me.With respect and also as if I might get my teeth knocked out.I try to act the same y'know, not hide because I might be talking to someone a thousand miles away. It's chicken shit to disrespect people on here just because they can't pop you in the mouth,I do my best to not get nasty with people unless they do it to me first.......That was a great response to that guy:-)You made me laugh.

  • I am 100% for open carry... in fact concealed carry! But I have dealt with the asshole on this video. he and his brother are simple Cop haters who have an agenda beyond educating anyone. these fucks are bitter cop haters and have no clue as to how to hod a discussion. Stay away from any advise these idiots provide. there are many other OC videos where the people understand that the police are reflections of society. Good, bad, and in bewtween. You have been warned.

  • @AmericanSitRep I don't hate cops...just tyrants. I guess you must be one of the asshole cops. Did I sue you or something?

  • @AmericanSitRep LULZ. I would love to hear about when you met me, I am certain it was a real treat.

  • its 5/19/2011 this is 2009 are these laws still goin on or changed?

  • Come to AZ, I carry my Glock 22 with 16 rounds open carry or concealed carry without any permit. As long as I am 21 and have my AZ DL on me. I can sell you my Glock 22 without anything but a handwritten note.

Btw Alaska has a state law that says you need to reveal that you have a CCW. I believe that it is a state law.

  • @tonecrazy88 Got a quote on that? I know that Ohio is like that but I can't think of or find another state like that.

  • If they can take away one constitutional right... they can take away them all! When and where will it stop? Thanks guys for fighting back for the rights we should've never lost.

  • is this open carry regulation still current as of 2011??

  • Just throwin' this out there, Russia's gun laws aren't that bad compared to most European countries. :D

  • leave our gun rights alone in Cali i need to defend my family I need open carry of my pistol! What am i suppose to use when a gangbanger attacks me? Harsh language :\ ????

  • that guy is going to get himself shot, if he has had any type of training he would have pulled the magazine from the holster the right way. Also it was facing the wrong direction, the bullets should be facing toward his belt buckle. Law enforcement is trained a certain way to pull their magazines for quick reload. If this guy had to pull his gun on a criminal and then load it he wouldnt make it. Besides criminals carry "loaded" weapons, they dont follow the rules.

  • @JasonAgee80 We all know that. This was for a demonstration of the law, not CQB ZOMG Zombie Kitty Killer Tactics.

  • I'm trying to be rude or funny, but I just want to ask, why do you feel the need the need to open carry?

  • @Natsinco See the FAQ listed under the information tab under the video.

  • @Natsinco did you know your more likely to get shot in the city than you are in Iraq or Afghanistan.

  • @Natsinco According the DC Vs. Heller, right to carry is a right. However, it does not specifically say loaded concealed or unloaded open carry. So if a state decides to not make Concealed Carry a right, then it is a must for states to allow un open loaded carry. So not only is it legal, but it is a Constitutional right

  • @Natsinco if you have to ask...

  • @johnknoefler ... then you must be curious. By the way nobody was fucking asking you.

  • @Natsinco if you must ask such a question then it reveals your lack of education in history for one and complete naivetivity on human rights. And you did post an open question to the public in a public forum. I did you a favor by showing you what a stupid question it is in the first place. Go do some research and stop being a childish fool.

  • No they don't people kill people!

  • Guns kill people!

  • @dunklersoldat and spoons make people fat!

  • Hahaha the guy on the right was in my Agriculture class in high school

  • besides having a permit to legally purchase a firearm what else is needed to open carry? Do i have to have a permit and go through the same things as for a CCW. What exactly are the differences?

So bascially a CCW will allow you to open carry a concealed weapon, correct? Where as without a CCW the gun must be visible?

  • @CaliforniaOceanGrown

    1) There is no permit to purchase in CA.

    2) There is no permit required.

    3) No

  • Instead of using a holster could I just leave my handgun in the center of my car exposed and unloaded?

I have an exposed firearms permit issued by the BSIS DOJ Does that allow me to carry open and loaded when not on the clock?

  • @QUESTED See the FAQ

  • The last time I told a police I did not consent to searches

he said he smelled marijuana (Lies )

  • Can I open carry while protesting in front of an abortion clinic?

if yes what should I expect and or be concerned about?

Thank you so much in advance I know that's a rough question.

  • @PezCandyDispensers Most likely not. Read the penal code for verification though.

  • I open carry my guns because I am scared of the "Muslim terrorists", hey government isn't that's what you want me to be, scared? Well, yes I'm scared of "terrorists" so I'm going to keep my guns and carry it on me at all times. The more efforts the government puts out to disarm the American people the more the "Terrorism" scares loose credibility.

  • @purodelazona5 Read PC 12020

  • Real Russian brides are there gettop5.info

  • Neat info. What's the purpose of carrying unloaded? Might as well just leave it at home.

  • @intercooler2 Why leave it home?

  • @pullnshoot25 An empty gun? You are better off with a mean can of pepper spray.

  • @pullnshoot25 Man Paid $15K After Police Challenged Gun In Park

    thedenverchannel. com/news/27220674/detail. html

  • the video ends before he finishes talking about the revolver. I have a revolver and am very curious about what he has to say. great info by the way.

  • Ann Reiss Lane, chair emeritus of Women Against Gun Violence, also called for the ban.

" I don't wish to live in a country in which people carry guns to intimidate me," she said. "There is no reason to carry an unloaded weapon other than intimidation."

  • @ActontheActor - the reason that the gun is unloaded is because of idiotic legislation, and the fact the CA is a may-issue state for concealed carry. The ammunition is stored on one side of the hip while the firearm is holstered on the other, many can load there firearm in 2 seconds to defend themselves in a life or death situation. You should only feel intimidated if you are a criminal planning on harming innocent people.

  • ya and u people cry upon taliban, and terrorists, i think it was one of them who hijacked the 9/11 plain cause they have guns.

  • @dearlyynaveed Yeah, about that...

  • Any open carriers in Orange County, California? I'd love to join an open carry group in the county.

  • maybe not in CA, but who is going to carry an un-loaded magazine?

  • The police officers dont care about the constitution and your rights. As soon as they can take advantage because someone does not know the states laws they will.Do not ever tell a police officer you have weapons in your vehicule.Who knows you might have been pull over by a rookie officer who is super nervous and easy on the trigger and ready to empty his gun clip on you.A lot of mistakes from officers have result in death of innocent peoples and their famillies.

  • wish when I was 20 yr old I knew about the illegal search and seizure that the San Jose Police did on me one night. If I knew I could of said no you may not, is it illegal for me to not let you during a routine traffic stop for you saying my muffler is too loud. which my flowmasters was lower than the required decibel levels for city ordinances for 4am in San Jose. They were messing with us for no reason. You do feel a sense of loss when this happens to you. Even though I had no clue what I did

  • do you have to be a citizen of (state, county) in order to open carry. For example, if Im from CA and I make a trip to AZ, can I open carry?

  • @wardubo No.

  • @pullnshoot25 As in I cant carry or I dont have to be a resident?

  • @wardubo The latter

  • @pullnshoot25 thanks and good vids

  • We can never find justice at the hands of corrupt judges. (See YouTube videos) Judge to Judge on Illegal Payments to Judges / Evil Triangle of Court Corruption / Richard Fine / Dr Shirley Moore /SBX 211. The fight to end this title wave of corruption in our country must start with the corrupt judges. We can not bring evidence of corruption to corrupt judges. Los Angeles Superior Court judges are illegally and unconstitutionally taking 50,000.00 each for a total of 23 million per year.

  • what type and brand is your Holster for the Glock ?????

  • @vierfurdich Just a regular Fobus.

  • what type and brand is your Holster ?????

  • LETS SEE AN ALL AFRICAN AMERICAN OPEN CARRY IN A RICH WHITE AREA!!!!!!!!!!

  • @cnollan LOL like a jewish in a KKK meeting

  • MOVE TO UTAH! its so much easier you still need no permit you still have to have the firearm unloaded and at least 2 actions from being fired so,,, you can have a loaded magazine in the gun but cant have one in the chamber... cock the gun and pull the trigger two actions :) see easy huh the only place you may not open carry are in houses of worship! i love utah... well without all the mormons trying to ban cigarettes if your mormon and affendid by that tell you what don't tell me what to do and

  • @yeliab666 ill be just fine with you... your not better then me or anyone else STOP ACTING LIKE IT!

  • Can the gun NOT have an empty clip in it? If you are carrying loaded clips on your other hip?

  • @epohnopulse The proper term is magazine and yes.

  • @pullnshoot25 Magazine is still "proper" in this subject.

  • @epohnopulse Isn't that what I just said? You wrote clip, I said magazine...

  • @pullnshoot25 LOL to see calguners even here with their magazine vs clip

  • @epohnopulse Sorry, this is a shared account.

  • @pullnshoot25

Wrong. The magazine is actually a mechanical part of the firearm. The clip, which holds the bullets, feeds the magazine, the magazine feeds the receiver, the receiver feeds chamber, and the chamber feeds the barrel.

  • @7sibley7 Yeah, I don't think this is accurate. Pun intended.

  • Apparently with the 5th amendment, you must state first that you are expressing your right to the 5th amendment. Just ignoring them can be considered being uncooperative etc

  • The two groups who love a police state: The Police and Liberals.

  • It's Us v. the Cops now....they don't like us exercising our rights. They think firearms use is their little privilege. I had a chat recently with a Simi Valley cop who actually thought the 2nd Amendment refers to a National Guard. The hapless twit had no clue about DC v. Heller or McDonald v. Chicago, yet was very quick to tell me I'd be 'eating pavement ' for legally open carrying in public. I think it's time to start setting these thugs with badges straight with an avalanche of lawsuits.

  • To date,

Is it legal to open carry any legal firearm in California?

  • It's way too late.....states like NY, NJ and Mass don't have the 2nd ammendment right. If the goverment can do 3 states than thy'll find a way to do all 50 states. Americans are giving away their freedom with a smile, soon America will be a Police state where freedom is only a myth.

  • great vid

  • I'm a in Law Enforcement on the AZ, Mexican Border and I'm originally from Ca. A lot of people open carry in AZ especially on the border. It did freak me out at first because I wasn't used to it but its normal to me now. Just look at it from an officers point off view, especial those that aren't used to open carry. Law enforcement is a dangerous job and people are always trying to hurt them. Its not an excuse for violations of rights, but a little understanding on both sides can go a long way.

  • like your video guys i would like to know if the LA county permits OC? I live in the San Fernando Valley if you guys can help me with that 411,thank you guys and keep the movnmt going.......

  • Hey one question that I was thinking about the other day,

    Can you dual open carry?

Example: Carry one Colt .45 1911 on left side and Colt .45 1911 on right side with 4 / 10rd mags at the small of my back? (guns unloaded/ no mags inside)

    Thanks in advance♠☺

  • I was featured in an article in the San Bernardino Sun today (front page) regarding OC in CA. Search for it, it's a good read.

  • @pullnshoot25

    Done (below in your comments).

  • I was questioned by a couple of shooters about whether there was a population limit to the open carry laws in CA. They said that you can open carry in cities with 200,000 population or under and not over. Is that true?

  • @NeverB401 Your friend is confused. You can get a permit to LOC (loaded open carry) in counties with <200,000 people. They are extremely rare and most people have never heard of one.

  • @pullnshoot25 Good to know. In all the research I've done, I never saw any population limits except for loaded open carry as well (trained security officers, etc.).

I have been practicing OC in Ontario, Rancho, Chino, Chino Hills with little resistance, but I've only been spotted once by an Ontario police officer and he just watched me walk to my truck and get in. I was questioned by a store employee at Office Depot once - again, not a big deal.

  • @NeverB401 Right on. Home Depot has the same stance as Starbucks and Wal-mart, which is laissez faire. CARRY ON!

  • @pullnshoot25 Thanks for everything. You guys have done a great job.

Do you know of any OC groups in the Ontario area? I've been searching online but can't find anything at all.

  • fuck AB 1934

  • We have such a complex system of legalities that vary state by state it's nearly impossible to keep track of them all. Examples: in Oklahoma it is easy to get a concealed weapons permit but you cannot open carry even if you already HAVE a concealed weapons permit. In PA you can't conceal a weapon but no law says you cannot open carry, making it de facto legal. "Vermont carry" is the standard for no gun restrictions. NY has a near total ban on firearms except for police officers.

  • @JackKangaroo1 In Pa outside of the Philadelphia area concealed carry is legal with either a LTCF (licensce to carry firearm), or a conceal carry permit granted by another state that PA accepts from.

Philly area is complicated, but i believe you can open carry with a LCTF in philly, in rest of the state you don't need anything to open carry.

I learned all these laws looking up firearm laws, till i realized my rifle isn't legally a firearm, and is under different laws completely :p

  • @GhostInTheShell29 Unless you're a police officer I don't see much point in open carrying a firearm anyway. If I'm going to carry a gun I DON'T want anyone to know I have it. Personally, I think the 'open carry' gun junkies are doing it as a big dick waving contest. It's a bizarre way of showing off their masculinity. It won't protect them against the bad guys who will know they're armed and just shoot them before they have a chance to react anyway.
