Hey Guys please check out my channel and watch the video of HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR APPS ON A MAC. Its super cool and i promise it takes 2 minutes and its just so easy. Please thumbs up so others can see.
do you have to enter geektool for your desktop to appear? because everytime i restart my mac i have to go into geektool before i see my custom desktop. anyone have any advice?
We got Macbook Pro's from our school last week, and every time I pop it up all of my friends are having eyegasm's when they see my new sexy desktop :)
When i go to drag the "shell" icon onto my desktop it will not add it, it keeps disappearing (sliding back to the icon)and the green button won't pop up..
Problem - I get the desktop set up with multiple entries using your tutorial. However, the text and pic does not stay on the desktop?? What am I missing to do??
The link to the page you gave can't be found

@guidogc90 no what i did i thought that they done work but they do u need to copy the word date or what ever it is so not just the # and simbles
so - it says Day of week - date +%A u need to copy the date and the +%A

In the box where it says "Refresh Every ___ Seconds", fill the blank in with a 1. ;)
