YOU are a hazard for drivers. When visiting St. Cloud for shopping, I saw you. What a distraction for drivers! You are a danger to the community, and should not be allowed to stand on a corner for hours on end. It's a busy street and I'm sure I'm NOT the first driver to have been distracted by you.
