    Who is this human disgrace?

  • Haunting song, haunting memories resurrected.

  • woww un hit inolvidable

  • The original sheet music of Lonesome Town is hanging on the wall above my bed with Ricky Nelson in his duck tail hair cut singing to a 1950s mike! It's in blue and costs 50 cents! In the middle hangs an original poster of The Buddy Holly Story! On the other side is the sheet music of Elvis Presley's Heartbreak Hotel in pink which also costs 50 cents. If "Love's Made A Fool of You," you can always go down to "Lonesome Town," and check yourself into the "Heartbreak Hotel!" Ricky Nelson Lives!

  • Musicians's paradise must be a nice place. Que du beau monde.....

  • Reservoir Dogs & Pulp Fiction, the best movie-songs ever!!

  • Its unfair that so good people dies to early.:-(....... rest in peace Ricky Nelson:-)

  • @tusenkunstneren2 Only the good die young :D

  • so sad... you can buy a dream or to last you through the years...

  • They dont write them like this anymore.......

    Shame

  • What a great song by one of the greatest voices ever...I cried like a baby when he died!

  • Now, that's more like it. Somebody needs to compose a song about all the good people the world's lost in airplanes. Didn't we almost lose Orville Wright, on of the inventors? After this last loss of a good part of the Polish Government, one could be forgiven for not wanting to fly. That one appears to have been pilot error. He tried, repeatedly, to land, against the advice from the tower.

  • One of my favorite Ricky Nelson songs! An absolutely beautiful melody...and he had the perfect voice for it. THANKS a lot for sharing this delightful "blast from the past" for us to enjoy! :)

  • There were lots of slow dances and unforgettable kissing with my first girlfriend were to this record as well as Never Be Anyone Else But You....After 52 years, Rick Nelson sure brings those feelings back to me.

  • He was definitely under appreciated! I wish one person could sing like this today - with all their million record sales; go figure.

  • I remember watching Ozzie and Harriet show in black and white. I put color film on the television set , so we could watch it in color. That was all we had, it seems crazy now but back then it was progress.

  • This was Rick Nelson's answer to Elvis Presley's

Heartbreak Hotel! He wasn't given enough credit in his lifetime, he was one of the rockabilly and ballad singers of early Rock & Roll!

  • @starblue1986 oh, really?

  • @starblue1986 maybe but i'd say it's his "blue moon"

  • @cody270392 In both these songs the girl has left the guy, in Elvis Presley's the guy ends up at Heartbreak Hotel , in Rick Nelson's song the guy goes down to Lonesome Town to forget. In Blue Moon the guy just adores the girl from afar!

Anyway, Elvis Presley does a great slow version of Blue Moon with his falsetto echoing to a rolling drum beat. The Sun Sessions were classic and featured the young Elvis Presley before he went to RCA. Rick Nelson was great at singing love songs too! .

  • @starblue1986

Bob Dylan gave him credit. What more can you expcet in life?

  • @yochanan12 He was up there with Elvis as far as I was concerned. Such a waste of talent that he died so young.

  • @starblue1986 Not Hearbreak Hotel, not even close, more like Love Me Tender.

  • id buy out the whole fucking store if thats the case RIP RICKY great song to very dark and depressing

  • love this song, wow his voice is so beautiful

  • best romantic song ever in english

  • thanks a lot of post,

    i love this voice soooooooooo..........
