got it, guys in carrot suits identify presents for a fee, wizzards giv u full health, oprra singers kill bad guys fallowing u for a fee, mailboxes let u buy presents, telephones fill in map and if u catch santa cluas he givs u free presents : ) pluse if u play fixed world the ship part and elevator is in the same place every time u play, random world diff everytime u play. i would play fixed world to memorize locations for next time i play lol

I was hoping you would go to Trixie's island when you got to the end- she looks a lot different than in TJ & Earl 2.

You make completing the game look 10x easier than it actually is! I got the game for christmas when I was 6. It took me years to finally complete it, I think I was about 11? I'm 23 now, and despite the evolution of gaming consoles, I still feel the Sega Genesis is King Supreme. This game is my favorite on the platform. It was released in March 1991, now over 18 years ago. It was waaay ahead of its time. My college roomie and I used to throw T&E parties, and we had to drink every time we fell.

There are two games that I think deliver the greatest co-op experience. One is Doom, the other is Toejam and Earl. There will never be another game like this one, so much to see and do, so much craziness with the emphasis on having fun. Splitting up to explore is just as much fun as staying together, if not more so, but there are times when you need to combine forces to survive. Anyone else dread those bloody evil moles?

I agree this had to be the best game ever. Exploration and freedom to do what you want in games is the best thing to have. Nowadays games are too restrictive on what you can and can not do. When they came out with other T&E games they messed up. Should have kept the same concept just made different options.
