  • Very lovely scene, especially love the score music here. But one question: how is her make-up not running all down her face after sitting in that shower?? :P

  • Funny how its the video with the words "Shower Scene" in the title that has gathered so many views in comparison to most other videos of this movie.

  • Def one of my favorite parts of CR, the way he cares and loves that betraying bitch is so sweet!

  • my favorite scene is in the garden where james says 'i have no armor left, you've stripped it from me' idk where to find it though!

  • All Bonds have been good, but Daniel Craig is coming very close to the novels. i think ian Fleming would have approved of him. Except, producers need to stay away from fantasy type stuff. Casino Royale was a masterpiece. Quantum of Solace was ridiculous.

  • This almost reminds me of the time Connery lost his wife in From Russia with Love( If im correct) At the end :(

  • @buttagood4you

    Double-wrong.

It was George Lazenby in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (with Diana Rigg as Tracy)

  • @jazzx251 Thank you for the correction! I wasnt sure if it was that movie and with even Connery.

  • This scene is one of the most touching scenes in a movie I've ever seen. With hardly any dialogue at all.

  • I have really like Craig as Bond. He is ruthless, cold blooded, and vicious when he needs to be. More realistic for me at least and less cartoonish as it was with Roger Moore who was my least favorite Bond. A close second was Connery and Brosnan.

  • I know imma get some flack for saying this, but i'm kinda mad that quantum of solace gets treated badly. i mean, it's a good movie. it's a continuation of Casino Royale. It's not really gonna be big or flashy cuz I mean the whole story is Bond out for revenge. It wasn't supposed to be pretty or over the top. Bond was hurt and he wanted to hurt those who hurt him, which made it a good movie cuz u got to see a side of Bond u don't rarely see.

  • @soulonfire463

I completely agree with you. Loved that movie too. The only reason people hate on it is because its a sequel and people tend to be blinded by that and immediately look for things to hate. Quantum was a great movie.

  • I love this scene way too much!

  • A very tender Bond, he sure loved that bitch!

But i do hope craig signs on for another 3 bond pictures, hes done a pretty good job i think! I just love all of the JB films truly a epic charecter and franshise!!

  • i mean who wouldnt love this scene good god...

  • great scene.....awesome bond movie....maybe the best. "Quantom of my asshole solace"......sucked balls......hope the third craig will be the best./////

  • baybay 'cause Craig's a thuuug

  • One of the finest BondMovies ever. This scene was one of the most touching ones I have ever seen in cinema. See? Men can be sensitive and strong all at once.

  • Read the books! Craig is the REAL Bond.

  • Connery ranks above all other Bonds, but I give Craig credit. Casino Royale was a great film. Quantum of Solace needed work but hopefully it was just a setup for this next one that they are making (which was canceled but I guess it's back on!)

Why so much hate on James Bond - action hero? He still has suave quotables like "skewered - one sympathizes..." and "Yes, considerably..."

  • Hermosa escena depues de un momento de violencia en la pelicula. Quedara como una clasica del cine de James Bond.

  • This film had two of the most touching scene..

    1. This scene..

    2. Vesper's death... Especially when he looked into her 'stiff' face and realized he had lost her, suddenly hhhhhh..

  • Wrong, Craig is simply a thug

  • Love this movie.

  • Love this scene..

And I love Eva Green A.K.A Vesper Lynd..

    love her so much..

  • they need to continue having Daniel as Bond from Now On until the Final Bond Flick. or Until he Dies. he needs a Lifetime contract.

  • @Boicovich agreed

  • As DarkSydePhil said, "I want a handjob, shaken not stirred".

Mischievousness aside, Craig is probably the only Bond who does not look sleazy, but genuine in his circumstances, and emotions.

  • perfect scene.......love the new "Craig" Bond...........hes tough,bleeds..and is the real deal

  • one of d best scene i evr seen

  • why did he licked the finger ?

  • @TheRocky007007 because she said she had blood on her hands because she witnessed Bond killing the two men and even helped him by knocking the gun out of the one guys hand who was trying to kill bond

  • @TheRocky007007 to get rid of the metaphorical "blood" on Vesper's hand. plus, it just looked hella sexy and emotional.

  • lolll

  • Hey, enjoy the films? Read the books!! 50pebooks.xp3(dot)biz /BOND.html

  • smooth arm to tap maneuver bond much better than the old yawn move

  • poor Bond, they were made for each other!

  • This is a great scene, but I have to do this.

    1:15 AHHHH HE'S A VAMPIRE!!!! OH NOES!

  • ...why does he suck her fingers..?

  • @tatvin theres blood on her hands and it wont come off so he sucks her fingers? :)

  • Comment removed

  • this and QoS are only Bond movies where re real emotions, not those empty reactions in previous films. Great Work !

  • Why is it that all the Bond actors have really cool names or two first names lol? :P

  • she probably makes him remember what it is like to still feel the deaths....

  • @urbanangel13 thats what i was thinking

  • tbh i no idea of her being a spy during the mvoie

    shes good

  • This was a really well done scene. This movie is easily not taken seriously because of its intense focus on action and cars and boobs and whatever, but Bond's willingness to get his clothes wet and just be with someone was a big turn for this franchise. Watching Eva's character transform him, to un-numb him with her conscience - what Bond movie shows the girl making him a better man?

  • I LOVE THIS SCENE! *-*

  • Daniel Craig is the sexiest Bond since Sean Connery. He makes me crazy.

But Pierce Brosnan was as well handsome, in a different way.

Both have what I love over all : sensual lips and strong jaws!

    Remember Timoty Dalton too...

My God, what a choice to do!

  • i don't know... i think Pierce Brosnan played a Bond that was also believeable in killing someone. Brosnan is a sly devil

  • umm, no Daniel Craig is not the best Bond ever, actually Pierce Brosnan is right next to Sean Connery.

but i do love this scene

  • This is just great film making. Because there's a shower and it's James Bond, less conscientious producers and directors could have easily mangled this scene. But there's absolutely nothing sexual about this. They stayed true to the moment and the characters. This scene made this Bond much more endearing to the viewer and they refrained from adding it to the list of his sexual escapades. That's why I adore this movie. Well done.

  • Didn`t give a hoot about James Bond movies until I saw Casino Royale and then I was totally hooked due to Daniel Craig and his convincing Bond.I want to read all Flemings books and I saw Quantum over and over at my local cinema.

Daniel Craig is just such a brilliant actor,PLEASE COME BACK AS BOND DANIEL!!!

  • Him and the last r my fave. May be that's cuz they're the ones from my generation, but they're awesome nontheless. And hawt ;) Cute scene

  • I thought this was a powerful scene, very well done. I think they tried to do this in quatuam of solice but it didnt have the same effects. Very well done movie, indeed my most favorite bond movie ever

  • i think this is my favourite scene everr!!!!! all of the films i have watched do not beat casino royale by a longgg shot :)

  • it sucks that craig may never be bond again with all the legal issues that mgm is going through

  • I think the old bonds were more comic strip. We didnt watch them to learn of bonds emotions and human side. We didnt want to know. But now that we do know that side of him I believe these movies are better.

  • No! Don't soak the dress!

  • so is this how its going to be with all new movies now???....they just work themselves into becoming apart of a classic huge Saga when really they stand apart an oh so much more realistic...guess thats what we can expect from the Spider-man reboot sense Disney took over Marvel and all...oh the horror!...although this is a nice seen :D

  • loool, i love how everyone's going so hardcore about who's the better bond. Tho, i still have to say Daniel Craig ftw!! xD

  • @katrixforeva easy for you to say....sense he's latest of course YOU may think that

  • @StuartTheGamerNerd I disagree. Some people, such as myself, were diehard Bond fans prior to Casino Royale being released and think Craig is the best Bond. Especially if you love the original Fleming novels. =/

  • whats the score?

  • omg that was such a lovely scene! best James Bond movie ever in my opinion

  • This is arguably the best bond movie, and then quantam...Way more humanistic and gives you a break from the action. I agree, the previous bonds were entertaining in their own way but too cartooney...

  • Esta escena no está en español por youtube..?

  • It's a great scene as it offsets the violence of the whole 007 scene and we get to see that Bond does actually have a human side. very nice addition

  • nyaha i always thought this scene was awesome since i first saw it!

  • I want to play 007's gun.........

  • she's beautiful.. this whole scene is beautiful...

  • Daniel Craig is by far the best Bond ever. I loved Connery in the role but if you read the novels this is what Fleming had in mind. The essential point: this is a dangerous, handsome, somewhat brutal and quite oversexed man who has found work that suits him. He also has pretty good taste in most upper crust things and is a scratch golfer. But really the point is that he is not going to be working any kind of straight job. He is either a mercenary or he works for the good guys. That's 007.

  • I agree. Craig is the only Bond in recent memory who you believe is capable of killing a man. He has a more serious side, not a comical buffoon like Moore. Great quote from Casino Royale: bartender says, 'shaken or stirred?' to which Bond replies, 'Do I look like I give a damn?'

  • @seagorn Craig's Bond looks like he could kill, yes, but Bond is so much more than just another killer... that is what Daniel Craig fatally lacks. He's just a thug trying and failing to be suave.

  • @Treblaine

    Exactly,

your totally right dude, thats part of the character himself,

it's all written in the books!

  • @seagorn "do I look like I give a damn"

THAT is not Bond, that isn't even suave or clever in any way, it's snide and bitchy. That's some generic action hero which are dime a dozen.

Bond is supposed to be a gentleman, a man of wealth and taste, a guy who can kick ass while making it look easy! Bond movies aren't supposed to be gritty realism, he's a playboy adventurer, not Andy McNab!

  • @Treblaine you've got to remember that casino royale was the first time bond became a 00, which shows his greenness, perhaps he developed the more suave and playful side later in his career

plus he was pissed off too

  • @the21stsergeant I don't know, the kids TV Cartoon "James Bond Jr" seems to be more "Bond" than this guy.

Interesting, but still too much of a thug finding the gentleman inside rather than the gentleman finding the inner animalistic drive.

  • @Treblaine

He showed his class inventing the Vesper earlier on.

This just shows how Bond hates losing and takes it out on the barman.

  • @seagorn Moore can be quite brutal and ruthless too. Like shooting through two guards with a harpoon gun in Spy Who Loved Me, or kicking the car of the wounded thug off a cliff in For Your Eyes Only...

  • @FortitudeOfHeaven and doing a backflip on ski's but landing upright, moore as bond is the ultimate secret agent

  • @pullupboy i dont think that was him maybe it was something called a stunt double

  • you cant compare the old 007 with this!

im a big james bond novel reader and agree. this film was a Reboot of the 007 franchise and i think craig here did a great job (didnt like the 2nd one he did, 2 much like the bourne movies) but sean connery is more effective, say 007 was thirty five in this generation and did this film without the humour, he would be better than craig. but beside connery, daniel craig is amazing but i fink he should hav wuit after this cause no 007 will be as good

  • It's a funny and sweet scene

  • This scene is so beautiful <3 I was kind of jealous of Eva Green when I first saw this though :P

  • @iluvmuse

    I understan what you mean!

    i had the same!

    it's soooo beautiful

  • killing a person is serious business

  • John Mclane has a lot to answer for

  • I love this scene.

  • What is the background music playing? If anybody can tell me

  • "Vesper", from the movie's OST album.

  • Thank you, I already found it earlier, but to have someone reply with the correct information is always a good sight to see!

    TY.

  • arwhh i love this scene :)

    its amazingg :)

    rather sad though :( x

  • Great part of the movie

  • what was the previous scene?? i forgot

  • Bond is not an emotionally called off person, this scene proves it. Vesper is terrified, but James knows what he did, so comforts the girl.

  • so gentle.

  • Love it. So perfect it makes you feel loney. =)

  • omg! my favorite part of the movie!

  • OMG Is he or is he not ladies ... sex on a frickin stick!

That man does not realise how sexy he is!!

Best bit of film lol !!

  • I agree, how sexy can one man be.. oh my god, I will continue dreaming :)

  • Definitely one of my favourite romantic scenes in a film. I wasn't expecting anything like this when I watched Casino Royale for the first time. It's genius.

  • MR.BOND, YOU ROCK SIR!!!!

  • i know i do. ;-)

  • Aw! That is so sad and sweet.

  • this is just beautiful. my favourite scene, makes you forget everything, its just spellbinding, coupled with the music, i cried when i saw this. This is the perfect man.

  • one of the best scenes in a bond movie....ever...perfect.

  • wats the song?

  • Vesper a Bond jsou úžasný pár :)

  • She took over this movie. She really did. At the start of the movie Bond was ruthless but towards the end he developed into something more because of Vesper I feel.

  • does any1 know why Vesper was upset at that point

  • Because she just helped James kill a man. She prevented him from getting the gun and watched while James strangled him. The scene reminded me of Lady MacBeth.

  • Shes just saw two men get killed in front of her (guilty/deserving to die men)

  • I love this scene.

    Bond is very cool!

    Vesper Is very beautiful!

  • Hehe, you couldn't be more wrong mate. When you grow up, you'll understand what it means to be a real man, which is somewhere along the lines of Craig's Bond.

  • You are an idiot.

I bet you're dying to be him!

  • This is a remarkable scene for a Bond film. There is no way Pierce Brosnan or Roger moore could have pulled this scene the way Daniel Craig did. Timothy Dalton could have. Eva Green is gorgeous.

  • Your spot on. Couldn't agree more.

  • I love tis scene. Best bond ever! Best bond movie to me. Quantum of solace sucks.

  • Yes it is the best bond ever. But Quantum of solace doesn't suck. they just couldn't repeat such a touching atmosphere because vesper is dead. Now he becomes more and more the bond we know from the older films... unfortunately... nonetheless Daniel Craig raised the bar for the charactor of james bond.

  • Yeah true but still, I don't like it when our swiss people direct movies. They don't come out really good.

  • you get so much more emotion with daniel craig than any other bond

  • Cold shower scenes like that are quite depressing to see. My favorite comedy, Flight of the Conchords has this sort of scene involving Bret.

  • lmao oh yeh after he's been raped

  • Comment removed

  • Good proof that Bond is a human being. I liked this scene too. Poor Vesper is not used to witnessing violent deaths!

  • Emotional and moving.

  • awesome scene!!!!!!!!!!1 i just love the background music.....

  • James Bond would find the Mathis & Vesper's nobility in Q & Moneypenny respectively. I'm pretty sure of that for Bond 23. After all, there was Q & Moneypenny in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace deeply.

  • Vesper is very important in the James Bond series because being sophisticated is what Vesper tried to teach on James Bond. Bond will be used to show delight and courtesy to his enemies since they are sophisticated like Quantum. Bond must be at their level to finish them and not to get involved in international troubles. That's her legacy: Sophistication.

  • Eva Green is one of the most beautiful women on the planet, hands down.

  • Hands down... No contest what-so-ever!!!!

  • I've said that all along. It's insane how gorgeous she is.

  • This scene is so sweet and cute. I loved Vesper's character. I really missed her in QoS. A lot.

  • damn he is so sexy. take his damn shirt off!!! PLEASE.

  • This scene was just magnificent, soft and sweet, yet sexy at the same time. I think it was this scene that truly allowed us to see Bond not only as the spy and all around lover but also as a man with emotions. And....did i mention how much i love this scene as well as DC. <333

  • I love this scene! <3

  • this is my favorite scene in the movie!

  • perfect scene!! ♥

  • Oh Im so glad that I found this scene, its my favorite of all times! Love when he puts his hand on her head

  • i cant imagine what she feeling right there. knowing that shes just killed a man essentially and that the man she loves is being held ransom but yet she has feelings for Bond in his absence. also knowing that he has to win so that she can get the money to free her boyfriend who she loves but knowing it will be betraying Bond, who just saved her life.

  • Way better than anything in Quantum of Solace

  • aw, i love this scene. its so sweet

  • Love this scene...no words need to be said!!!!

  • Man, this was such a phenomenal movie - I'm proud that I was one of those who saw it in theater. When it got to this part, just by instinct, I thought it was gunna be some sex scene or something, and man - I was surprised, and pretty pleased with what happened instead. Just one of the reasons why I feel no other Bond film after this one will be able to match up to Casino Royale.

  • one of the most lovely scenes of the movie

  • What if you were smart?

  • what if you werent a moron?

  • well your a moron because that doesnt make sense.

  • if I'm a moron, being 100x more educated than you, than that makes you one dumb motherfucker

  • well your obviously not one hundred times more educated than me because your first comment didnt make sense, making you even more of a moron. well done, got anymore while your at it?

  • Eva, I believ it's necessary to meet and know each other in person!

  • what i love about this particular bond movie is that bond is cheated by his lover (usually the other way round) and gets burned by her betrayal yet can't stop leavin nor loving her. It makes him weak yet human.

  • One of my favourite scenes of the movie!

  • great movie

  • My english ist very bad.

Agua+agua+agua....

  • ....and don't get me started on the fingers! {-_-} ooh baby

  • first of all, everyone must remember that this is a MOOOVIEEEE!!!!! It is for entertainment. Now, it is a very good scene, good sexual energy... and maybe only another woman would understand this, but when she reaches for his arm, and he moves it toward her... man, you just don't know how sexy that is... i love this guy, and I wanted that arm hehehe {-_-} is there another woman who knows what I mean? sexy mf, for sure

  • i know what u mean!! so sexy!!!

  • it is sexy, hidden passion underneath Bond's facade. i would so love to be her right then. just the fact that he says "you cold?" then turns up the heat instead of getting out.... i almost died :D

  • I totally get what you are saying. I swoon every time I watch this scene.

  • Beautiful.

  • why would you suck her fingers?

    i thought bond was cool

  • She says there's blood on her hands. Saliva breaks down blood faster than water does.

  • surely spitting on her hands would be more hygenic?

  • lol

  • Dude are you serious? That's Eva Green... I would suck her fingers without question, hesitation or thought!

  • your a dirty bastard then
