We do. It's called elections. We decide if we elect someone, and then to re elect them if we wish. If they actually do something illegal, there's the impeachment process.

I admit I have been lucky jerdeb. I had good health care in the Army and in my 26 year railroad career I have had great insurance. I have seen abuses of the medicaid system that turned my stomach. I have seen people refuse to buy coverage at their work, then go to emergency rooms and never pay the bills. On the other hand, I have a self employed friend who religiously paid his health care premiums. Then, when his wife got cancer, they had to fight to get anything paid.
There are well meaning people on both sides of this issue jerdeb, who know there needs to be change and are willing to debate how to best make these changes. Unfortunately, they are many times drowned out by bigoted, short sided morons like you.
