dude thx so much...now I can finally play this game...strange thing is that skyrim runs with no problems even at high quality but fallout 3 didn't even start now with this fix I can play thx again :D

The file has been removed from the website due to legal issues, you should still try to load the page but if you can't get it then just type up the dll file's name on Google and you should get it.
