Tailwind is a good move. It doubles all your Pokemon's speed in your party for a bunch of turns.

Ingame, I don't think you can (maybe you can via Pokesav). On your computer, you can use Alt + 164 (This works on most word processors, see "Special Alt Characters" for more details).

Yeah, there can be grinding in Skyrim... but I found just playing through Quests and the main storyline leveled up my character nicely, though. And since all enemies are pretty much scaled to your level, there is very little incentive in Skyrim to level up aside from neat perks.

@TheKillerNacho blacksmithing, alchemy and enchanting all to 100 means you can make a set of armour that basically makes you almost unkillable, but yeah, besides from that grinding is basically useless

Well yes, you need it to get the best gear and best character. But you don't need 100 Blacksmithing, Alchemy, or Enchanting to beat the game, or even to clear all of the quests. Those things are really for people who strive for "perfect saves", something that the average gamer (myself included) doesn't really care about much.
