Sorry, too long to translate. The other guy with a red jacket is Hiromitsu Ochiai. He was almost as good as Ichiro when he was playing. He could play in MLB and amaze fans if he was younger, imo.

Anyway, this video is from late 1990s, when Ichiro was in Japan and there were NO Japanese field players in MLB. Mr. Ochiai says Ichiro can play in MLB and no one will compete him, which has come true. He also gives an advice to Ichiro and he accepts it, which is kinda rare.
