Originally the talisman were supposed to be 1 for each dark lord....but the original artist drew em all red so you couldn't tell. So now its like the combined talisman are for the 4 dark lords and when Dark Star was destroyed they simply became a little less effective.

iuno i read kanzakadex it said the half of dark star that didnt join the main body was returned to his world or something lolz

Listen when she activates the Talismans, she says "Oh Dark Lord of the 4 Worlds..." She says Dark LORD not Dark Lords, the Talismans are powered by the Lord of Nightmares, the Dark Lord beyond Dark Lords and the creator of the 4 worlds.

If your theory is right, then it should be no reason for the talisman to be countered in Slayers Try when Lina tried to cast Giga Slave simultaneous with the 5 Darkstar weapon attack to Dark Star - Vorfeed fusion.

If I remember correctly, Lina was trying to protect Sylphiel from Copy Rezo-Zanaffar attack. If she did the same when she faced Dark Star-Vorfeed-Valgaav fusion, I believe she would die instantly.
