to add a bit more onto that, there was an analysis that because she didn't want to ruin the overall performance quality because of a potentially failing jump, her instincts led her to stop. People claimed it to be the right choice at the right moment, which shows just how good of a skater she is at heart.

Danse macabre and Tango de roxanne proved to the skating world, she had skating techniques and artistic ability. Mystery Bond Girl will make a super star, outside of the figure skating world once she performs it and wins the Gold at the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Go Yuna!

Skating world finally has a definite hero in Kim.

Man or woman. Period!

She sets the barometer on how the points are awarded. Every skater's movements, artistic values and jumps will be scrutinized and measured against Kim. Ans Yu Na deserves it. She is a Champion!

Mao has that almost jump is still incomplete. Her jump is just jump. Most of what she does is the transformation of loop jump. And She has a SERIOUS full-blade and two-foot-landing.

It seems to other skater that has a problem of unfair.

Because Just She has the triple-axel that is uncompleted, her all of jump is overestimated.

Oh! I forgot to mention the most important element which was newly added. It's called 'CONFIDENCE' which could only be found among previous legends.

Can't you see she's now doing 3lz +3t which's more difficult hence .5 point higher? Also, she added little but smooth elements right before & after jumps which other player can only dream of because they can merely accomplish their jumps! (at much slower speed of course) Ask your favorite players to do only a half of what Yu-na's doing at 90% of her speed. She is probably the only one in history to receive 1+ GOE scores in all 5 jump combo. She avoids 3a only because it leads to early retirement

WOW. Now you, someone who's just jealous, can determine one athlete's qualifications. Most female players who unnaturally adjusted their body to 3A are having serious health problem now. It's like you asking your boyfriend to smoke a lots of cigarrettes and die young because 'you' think it qualifies for a man. Also, don't change the subject line here because you reallized that you were wrong. What you were complaining about was she was doing everything same. Which is NOT.

WOW. Taking care of your body and minimizing the risk of injury is really, really important. Why does Yuna need 3A? She clearly doesn't -- she's got WB in all three aspects (SP, LP, combined). Mao's got 3A but her success rates are low. Figure skating is an artistic sport -- blind rush for harder techniques will distract you from artistic pursuit...

I agree with you, Yuna does not need the triple axel, her other jumps score well and she is consistent, but figure skating is not an artistic sport anymore, there is no more artistic mark, its just jumps and spins, although Kim does show emotion and style in her skating, it is no longer necessary to win.

lolz. um. you obviously don't know anything about this program and her last. lolz. What is she supposed to do, create new jumps? Oh, so are the other skaters doing that now? Making new jumps? new spiral techniques? new steps? lolz you need to shut it.

Well, why change her program elements? This is what works for her now. She does them well and looks beautiful in it. I say she hones it until she perfects it. I mean, Mao would have done much much better had she not been stressing out about her triple axel. I don't think it's what jumps/combos you do, but how you do them. If you do the same elements but do them breathtakingly, don't you think it's worth it?

Don't believe everything you see on paper or TV. Just watch it with your own eye. If you cannot see the difference, ask someone who knows FS better. By the way, where did you hear that news? I bet it's either your friend or yourself.
