Just a heads up. Demolition has commenced June 2 2008. It's going to take 18 months in total and probably around 6-8 months before most of the buildings are gone.

So if any of the urban explorer crews want to get in and smash the insides to bits, you haven't got long. Chapel, admin , and the water tower are being retained, so don't break up those buildings.

Otherwise, let the smashfest commence!

ive tried to get in over there a few times but its all anti climb painted up and get covered in shit. i think its all about luck really, a ramdom gap can appear anytime i guess.

it was really weird one day after i did all my interior shots i wanted 2 get a couple from the public footpath coz of this i didnt bother sneaking in and just walked past security and on the way a security guard who i had talked 2 b4 just said that another guard was waiting 4 me at the top of the lane and wanted to talk 2 me about cane hill i think they got in some trouble for this though as the security firm changed a few days later!

you got lucky then lol. every time ive been there trying to get in i either cant find a way in or get caught and escorted off there, sometimes they are really aggressive too, ill keep trying tho, i have to get in before its knocked down, looks amazing inside

if u haven seen it u have too b4 its gone i live just down the road from it and have been breaking it for about ten years and i never get bored of it allthough watch out security is 24 hour nowadaysand they catch people pretty much every day best to go on a weekday after 10 thats when the local police officer stops patroling coulsdon

i used 2 go over the wall at the boiler house or though random gaps in/under the fence i live in old coulsdon aswell i can see alot of cane hill from my house too
