If you like sweet snacks there are so many different kinds of fruit that all make wonderful snacks to satisfy your sweet tooth while being super healthy. My favorites are any kind of berries, apples(Galas are usually pretty sweet but not mushy), frozen grapes(just pick the grapes off the stem when you bring them home from the store, wash them, and toss them in the freezer in a little container), and citrus fruit(clementines are super easy to throw in your purse and they're always ready to eat).

I was pretty fat in high school. When I moved for college, I swore to myself that the skinny person I saw inside of me would see the light of day. For three years, I consumed no fat and kept my calories under 1000. I met my goal but also the consequences of my diet.

Carlie, you remind me of when my son was young, I was a single Mum then too. For the new year I have started keeping a food diary to encourage me to eat healthily and I add smiley faces if I stick to it or If I walk instead of taking the bus or walk the dog. So far I have kept to it and have lost 3 pounds in the last week. Love your videos!!

personnaly i hate the 6 days diet for 2 things.. first if you dont eat well or cheat on, let's say, tuesday, when you'll reach you real cheating day 90% of the people will still cheat. Plus, like if you've reduce eating about 2000 calories in your week and you eat 800 free calories on your cheating day, you'll only have lost 1200 calories :S

Don't judge little kids, you never know what issues they may have or not. Cooper actually speaks quite nicely for a little one his age.
