The security guard was well within his rights to start hitting, beating and putting the boy in a headlock before throwing him to the ground for touching his shoe with his skateboard. @NoteLou And you're blind as fuck if you can't blatantly see the skater will not get off the property, and in that case the guard has every right to take his board. You quite obviously don't know shit about law (not surprising considering you most likely are a punkass skater that, most likely, can only run his mouth). Now get blocked I have better things to do with my life than argue with some 15 year old skaterboy that's been obviously beat in the head by his alcoholic dad one too many times.

@xSPILOTTEx The sucurity guard took the board from the skater while the skater was about to leave and the sucurity guard does not have the right to threaten the kid then attack the person holding the camera (first) and from what I've seen (from my own experience) if one per resists arrest then multiple cops can gang up on that one person so the skater had the right to attack the cop in the effort to protect his friend holding the camera.

@NoteLou The kid wouldn't get off of the property and the security guard is a law official not to mention the kid went at him first physically... it would be like a cop throwing someone on the ground if he was resisting arrest. Believe me, it happens plenty of times where I live. And I bet any money you would of been like every other punkass 15 year old skater and either just ran your mouth or got your ass handed to you.
