I know how to do this in Sketchup! Use the Tape Measure tool and draw a line, the end of the line should be a +. the light will be emitted from this point
can you post one for particle effects? cuz thats the ONLY one that craches my game ive tryed stall and stuff i was sucess full but i need to know PARTICLES!

The graphics editor was Milkshape (freeware I believe) and the editor is a RCT3 Importer... just google each to find them.

Milkshape isn't free. You can get a trial though.
