It is undyniable but VChapaev has a good point, but in the other the Communist Party went farther, massacaring peoples outside of Russia/USSR, and within Russia itself, not to mention the outside help recieved by outsiders who succeeded in medling with Russia's internal affairs with the goal of controlling resources, distabilizing social orders, and depopulating slavic, and every other race in between that was the goal, the heads of state work hand in hand against the people.
