Are you guys promoting this or sharing it with other medical facilities to duplicate? It seems like the best option but not many people know this sort of thing exists.
We are definitely promoting it; our Board of Directors has just made adoption of the Patient Centered Medical Home by California family physicians a major Academy goal for the next three years, and probably beyond. CAFP has promoted PCMH in its magazine, in legislation, and in its continuing professional development programming already, but we will intensify our efforts over the next several years. Are you afraid to voice your disagreement with White House policy, join a rally, use bumper sticker, wear a politically charged t-shirt, for fear of reprisal by government, police, FBI, Homeland Security, etc?" The answer is more often YES. Our government is using FEAR tactics to quiet those that disagree. The White House dissenters are called, racist, fear mongers, mislead, un-American, conspiracy nuts, left wing, right wing, ect. LET THE PEOPLE VOTE ON HEALTH CARE, NOT CONGRESS!
